Elizabeth Murray Hight, was born in Charleston, South Carolina and raised in Summerville. After graduating from Porter-Gaud in 1999, Elizabeth attended University of Georgia where she received her Bachelor of Arts in History. After college, Elizabeth spent three years working in the legal field as a paralegal where she gained valuable experience working closely with clients. Elizabeth then went on to earn a Master of City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law, graduating cum laude.

Over the course of her career, Elizabeth has gained a broad range of experience in a variety of legal areas including construction litigation, debt collection, bankruptcy, real estate litigation, commercial finance, immigration, probate administration, domestic litigation and employment law. She continues to draw on her previous experience in her current practice; however, the focus of her practice is now helping families with domestic litigation as well as probate and simple estate planning.
